The Chosen Employability Experience™ is an interactive employability development programme designed primarily for young people aged 16–25.
Moving beyond traditional classroom-based learning, TCEE uses realistic workplace simulations, role play, drama, practical challenges, team activities and guided reflection to help participants develop the confidence, behaviours and skills needed for employment.
Participants don’t simply discuss workplace situations. They experience challenges, make decisions, practise communication and learn through doing.

Step into a practical challenge or workplace scenario.
Explore approaches, work with others and try new skills.
Recognise strengths and discuss what could work better.
Connect the learning to interviews, work and daily life.
What happens when learning moves beyond the classroom?
